Good to know
A warm welcome
We recommend that you always 10 minutes before your appointment so that we have enough time to inform you about the processes and the applicable guidelines. If available, please bring relevant previous recordings and treatment documents with you. You will also need a large towel for the couch or exercise equipment.

Prescription validity
A doctor's prescription is usually valid for up to 28 days after issue, so the first appointment should be within this period. In addition, treatment may not be interrupted for more than 14 days without a justified reason. We would like to ask you to work with us to ensure that these time limits are adhered to.

Cancellation of appointments
We make every effort to take your preferences into account when scheduling appointments. However, if you are unable to attend an agreed appointment, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This is the only way for us to be able to reschedule the appointment. We would like to point out that we reserve the right to charge you in full for the canceled appointment. Please note that we are currently suffering from a considerable shortage of skilled workers and greatly appreciate your support in this regard.
